A workshop was held by the Harbor Water P.U.D. Board of Directors on July 1st. 2026. The meeting was called to order by President Dan Fraser at 2:00 pm, in the administrative building, at 98069 W. Benham Lane, Harbor, Oregon

Action item:
The board of directors was given a revised contract between Harbor Water PUD and Harbor Water Sanitary by Poston. Since 2008, the contract has not been amended. The proposed contract will be sent by Arneson to the attorney for approval. The board will vote to accept and forward to Harbor Sanitary for review at the July 9th, 2026 meeting. Meeting adjourned 2:45 PM
