All Customers: Billing Change Notice, As of May 2024 Harbor water will be transitioning to ELECTRONIC billing. We understand that some customers may not have the means or desire to pay online or by phone. Bills for (24 April - 23 May) will be printed as normal, Next cycle (24 May - 23 Jun) will be ELECTRONIC.
*If you wish to continue receiving your paper bill in the mail please call our office and let us know and we will be more than happy to apply it to your account.
*Please ensure your email is current, if you do not have one in your account you will continue to receive your bill in the mail.
*All Auto-pay/Re-occurring accounts will receive Electronic bills ONLY unless specified/requested otherwise.
